On Thursday, March 14, California ReLeaf Board President Rose Epperson attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for an extension of the Porterville Heritage Trailway. Rose said, “Great event with about 20 – 25 people. They were really glad California ReLeaf was there. They spoke highly of Chuck [Mills, California ReLeaf’s Grant Manager] and thanked ReLeaf for the opportunity and for sharing in the celebration.”
