We prioritize grant funding for underserved communities lacking sufficient tree cover and invite you to support the health of neighborhoods with the gift of trees! Dedication Gifts

Using our online donation form, select “This gift is in honor or memory of someone.” Alternatively, you can download our Memorial and Honorary Donation Form PDF and mail in a donation check with the completed form.

California ReLeaf will send an acknowledgment card to the individual/organization to whom the donation was dedicated letting them know about the memorial/honoary donation.

Workplace Giving

You can double or possibly even triple your gift to California ReLeaf through a matching gift from your employer. Many employers will match charitable contributions made by their employers, retirees and employees’ spouses.

Donate a Vehicle

Support California ReLeaf by turning your old CAR into TREES! Donate your car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or boat to California ReLeaf by calling CARS at 855-500-RIDE or completing the online form here. CARS, our nonprofit partner, will work with you to arrange the pick-up of your vehicle donation at no cost. You may qualify for a significant tax deduction while supporting California ReLeaf and urban trees!

Grant Sponsorship

California ReLeaf welcomes sponsors for our California Arbor Week and Growing Green Communities Small Grant Programs. As a sponsor, your funds will provide grants for local community groups, who will lead Arbor Week tree-planting projects and educational events recognizing the importance of urban trees. Gifts of Stock

You can donate appreciated stock to support California ReLeaf. This is a great way to reduce your capital gains taxes and receive a tax deduction. If you wish to donate stock, please notify your broker that you are making a charitable gift to California ReLeaf. Please contact us first by emailing us or calling us at 916-497-0034 to let us know that you are donating stock. This allows us to acknowledge you and confirm receipt right away.
