• Ukuphatha izimali, ukuhlonza ukuhluka kubhajethi

• Ukuthengisa nokuqinisekisa ukubonakala okuphezulu kwe-Tree Fresno emphakathini

• Ukuqoqwa kwezimali, okuhlanganisa ukubhala kwezibonelelo (noma ukuhlonza amathuba ezibonelelo kanye nokwengamela ukubhalwa kwezibonelelo); ukuhlonza/ukuxhumana nabangase banikele
