IZIMPENDULO

Ubuholi:

* Ngokusebenzisana neBhodi Labaqondisi, hluza futhi wandise umbono we-NET, umgomo, isabelomali, imigomo yonyaka kanye nezinjongo.

* Nikeza ubuholi ekuthuthukiseni uhlelo, izinhlelo zenhlangano nezezimali neBhodi Labaqondisi nabasebenzi, futhi benze izinhlelo nezinqubomgomo ezigunyazwe ibhodi. Lokhu kubandakanya ukwenza isu lesu lohlelo nokuxhumana nomphakathi kanye nentuthuko.

* Yakha futhi uphathe ithimba eliphezulu eliphumelelayo.

* Phatha ukuhamba kwemali.

* Ukuqinisekisa ukubalwa kwezimali okufanele kanye nokulawula ngokuhambisana nemihlahlandlela yomthombo wemali kanye nezinqubo zokubala eziphusile.

* Yakha futhi ulondoloze izinqubo zezimali futhi uqinisekise ukuthi inhlangano isebenza ngaphakathi kwemihlahlandlela yebhajethi ecacile.

* Phatha ukusebenza kwansuku zonke kanye nabasebenzi be-NET.

* Gcoba indawo yokusebenza yeqembu phakathi kwabasebenzi.

* Gcina indawo yokusebenza ekhiqizayo nesekelayo efundisayo, enakekelayo futhi evumela abasebenzi ukuthi bafinyelele amakhono abo kuyilapho ivumela i-NET ukuthi ithuthukise ikhono layo lokufeza izinjongo zayo.

* Khuthaza ngempumelelo futhi uhole amakhulu amavolontiya lapho i-NET ithembele khona ukufeza umsebenzi wayo.

Ukuhlanganyela Nokuthuthukiswa Komphakathi:

* Mela i-NET esidlangalaleni ezinkomfeni, emihlanganweni, nasezinkundleni zokuxhumana.

* Sebenza ngendlela eyakhayo nomphakathi, abasebenzi kanye neBhodi ukuze kugqugquzelwe imisebenzi nokwandisa ukubandakanyeka komphakathi.

* Yakha futhi ugcine ubudlelwano nezinye izinhlangano namalungu omphakathi.
