Environmental Specialist II (Technical Support)

Work shall include, but not be limited to, review of technical documents, development of reports related to trees and urban forest management, evaluating environmental impacts and conducting assessments, providing data analysis, overseeing technical studies by research partners and consultants, and providing public presentations as needed.

 

Environmental Specialist II (Policy/Data)

Work shall include, but not be limited to: supporting the development and implementation of the Urban Forest Management Plan; developing policy recommendations based on best practices; conducting strategic planning and technical analysis to respond to emerging urban forest issues; oversee and direct all branches of the City Plants – LADWP Free Trees for Energy Efficiency program; coordinate with key internal and external partners.
