A ƙasa akwai wasu abubuwan karatu da muka ci karo da su game da Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, musamman yadda yake gudana a wurin aiki. Muna ƙarfafa ku ku karanta kuma kuyi tunanin yadda hakan zai iya shafar ƙungiyar ku.
